Senior executives collaborating during a leadership workshop

Executive Leadership Training that changes how you lead on Monday morning

Small-cohort intensives for directors, GMs and C-suite leaders across Victoria. You practise real decisions with real stakes, then walk back into your organisation with tools you actually use.

Four phases, twelve weeks, one cohort

Most leadership courses dump theory on you for two days and send you home. We spread the work across twelve weeks so you apply each concept inside your actual job before moving on. Your cohort of eight to twelve peers stays together the entire time, which means the feedback gets honest fast.

Week 1–2: Diagnostic

We interview three of your direct reports, your manager and one cross-functional peer. You receive a candid influence map showing where your leadership lands well and where it doesn't. No generic 360 surveys: every question is built around your organisation's context.

Week 3–5: Decision architecture

Two full-day in-person sessions on decision-making under uncertainty. You work through cases drawn from Australian mid-cap and public-sector environments. Between sessions, you run a structured decision journal on one live issue from your own portfolio.

Week 6–9: Influence lab

Three half-day workshops focused on stakeholder influence, difficult conversations and board communication. Each session pairs you with a cohort partner for role-play scenarios recorded on video. Reviewing your own footage is uncomfortable. It also works.

Week 10–12: Integration sprint

You design and present a 90-day leadership action plan to the full cohort. A facilitator pressure-tests it. Your peers do too. Graduates tell us this final phase is where the programme shifts from interesting to useful.

In-house team program (custom)

Designed for an intact leadership team of four to sixteen. We tailor the diagnostic and workshop content to your organisation's strategy, then deliver on-site across six to ten weeks. Useful when a whole executive team needs to shift together rather than one leader at a time.

Leaders who already know the theory

Our participants typically have ten or more years of management experience. They've read the books. They can name five leadership frameworks off the top of their head. What they lack is a structured environment to practise under pressure, get unfiltered feedback and build habits that stick past the first enthusiastic week.

Recent cohorts have included a regional health-service CEO preparing for a merger, two general managers from a national logistics firm navigating a technology transition, and a state government deputy secretary rebuilding trust after a restructure. The common thread is not industry. It is a willingness to be challenged by peers who have nothing to gain from being polite.

If you are looking for motivational keynotes or personality-type labels, we are probably not the right fit. We focus on behaviour change that shows up in observable actions your team can actually see.

Things people ask before enrolling

Eight to twelve participants. We cap it there so every person gets meaningful facilitator time and cohort feedback during each session. Groups smaller than eight lose the diversity of perspective; groups larger than twelve lose the depth.
Our standard venue is in Rutherfordstad, Victoria. For in-house programs, we come to your site anywhere in metropolitan Melbourne or regional Victoria. Interstate delivery is available for teams of eight or more.
Yes. We provide a tax invoice and a detailed program outline suitable for L&D budget submissions. Many participants have their fee covered under their organisation's executive development allocation. We can also supply a short business-case template you can adapt for internal approval.
You can miss one in-person day and make it up via a private two-hour session with the facilitator. Missing more than one day is not ideal because the cohort dynamic matters. If your calendar is genuinely unpredictable, the private intensive may be a better option.
The signature cohort includes 90 days of follow-up coaching (three sessions). Beyond that, about a third of graduates continue with monthly coaching at a reduced alumni rate. There is no lock-in: you book month by month.
